Role Requirements A social media manager oversees online strategies, leads teams, and drives initiatives to enhance a client's social presence. Our ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of platforms and trends, enabling us to select optimal channels and cultivate active communities. Thriving in dynamic environments, they adapt to evolving trends, optimise content using metrics, and excel in agile settings. In summary, a social media manager manages teams, strategizes, possesses social media expertise, selects channels, builds communities, and excels in dynamic environments. Lead the implementation of an integrated creative strategy across all social channels, ensuring consistency and quality in all output. Build and implement unique Social Media channel strategies based on core creative ideas. Manage and maintain multiple client social media accounts, including content direction, implementation, and reporting. Deep understanding of collecting social data through native channels and social listening. Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience behaviour, and competitor activities to inform social media strategies. Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, objectives, and target audience, ensuring alignment with their overall marketing plans. Create engaging and compelling social media content, including posts, captions, graphics, and videos. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to maximise reach and effectiveness. Work very closely with the creative team to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery. Act as a social media consultant for clients, providing strategic recommendations and insights to enhance their online presence. Requirements: 5 years of proven work experience in an agency or similar fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and advertising strategies. (Meta, Youtube, Twitter, TikTok) Able to deliver unique ideas from concept to roll out. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar. Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, and work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in social media management tools, Analytics, and listening platforms. Pitch Experience; Excellent communication and confident presentation skills. Able to pitch ideas to clients and brief them to members of the creative team. Knowledge of gathering and interpreting social media analytics; making data and learnings easy for the layman to understand. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Creative & Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
